These Little Blessings

I'm stealing Caroline's idea, part of her list, and adding my own parts to hers to define my week that was full of much grace in the midst of alot stress.

These little blessings added up to make a wonderful week that brought God's glory and love to my attention once again:
Baked apples that come out of the pizza oven.
Cutting out paper snowflakes on a Friday afternoon.
Sitting on the floor and praying for the week to come.
Favorite photographs.
Breakfast at 2 in the morning.
Cereal.
Lying on the grass in the warm sunshine.
Sharing blankets.
A sleepover in the private lounge.
Phone calls to home.
Caring, kind and understanding professors.
A big brother who gives me hugs because he knows I'm struggling.
A twin sister who asks me how I'm doing, and sends me emails to tell me she's praying for me.
Nap time on the floor, but we never get any sleep.
Crunchy leaves.
Quote books and moleskins.
Curly hair and black dresses.
Countdowns starting at twenty-five.
Star gazing.
Story time in history class.
Post-it notes on windows.

How wonderful to reflect on God's grace - so abundant in our time of need! I'm praying for you in these next two weeks before break... that's always when the work seems to be the hardest. Finish strong!
