Odell cherry pie is one of my favorite desserts in the world. Serious. It's up there with my mom's apple strudel and chocolate cake, which is SAYING something. ;)
And I think these were the best of the best, boiling the juice, tapioca, and sugar into a thick, flavor-bursting syrup and poured it over the cherries to make it gel more. And topping it with homemade vanilla ice cream. Nuf said.
