All summer, I have been wanting to go to the beach. This past week, I finally decided to just take a day off and go. I took Margaret and our friend Hannah down to a Delaware beach for the day, and we had a great time together. I so enjoy the ocean, the sun, and the sound of the waves.

The beach is an amazing thing. I'm always so thankful and overcome with the glorious joys and potency of feelings God gives to us. I love the one of the three of you girls - all tan, smiling, wind-blown, beached up, and summery. Ah. Nothing, truly nothing, beats summer.
